All cancellation of orders are to be made 48hrs in advance prior to delivery.

Thereafter, a 30% penalty will be imposed on non-fulfillment.

There will be no cancellation for items already delivered on site, big-scale orders and specially requested furnishing.

The full amount stated in the invoice will be payable.

A 50% penalty of the stated rental rates will be imposed for loss and damaged items due to the hirer’s negligence.

  • All deposits are strictly non-refundable.
  • The Events Store reserves the rights not to proceed with delivery and/or installation upon non-fufillment of the scheduled payment.
  • The Events Store reserves the rights to replace the products or equipments with another of equivalent value depending on availability. Products that are damaged or defective, we will replace it with another similar item.
